Ryan’s Place Health Services is a community health center offering compassionate, high-quality primary care for individuals and families across the lifespan. We welcome patients of all ages and bring specialized experience in caring for people with disabilities, complex medical needs, and those who have faced barriers to care.

Our model is grounded in the belief that healthcare should be accessible, respectful, and tailored to the whole person—at every stage of life. We care for individuals of all ages and abilities, recognizing that each person’s health is shaped by their unique strengths, experiences, and needs. Our approach is informed by lived experience within the disability community and clinical expertise, giving us a particular depth of understanding in caring for people with disabilities while remaining inclusive and responsive to everyone we serve. Our care environment, visit structure, and clinical approach are designed to be welcoming, adaptable, and centered on individual goals.
