Who We Are

Deborah Sahlin, DNP, FNP-C

Our practice was founded by a healthcare provider and parent whose personal journey caring for her son revealed the gaps many families face within traditional healthcare systems. Combined with more than 16 years of community service and nonprofit leadership, this experience shapes the thoughtful, patient-centered care we provide every day.

Why Choose Ryan’s Place Health Services?

At Ryan’s Place, we understand that complex care is about much more than managing diagnoses. We care for the whole person by partnering with families, specialists, schools, therapists, and community providers to develop a coordinated plan that supports health, independence, and quality of life.

Our clinic was founded by a family nurse practitioner with more than 30 years of lived experience caring for a son with complex disabilities, paired with advanced clinical training in disability-informed primary care.

We understand the challenges families face because we’ve lived them.
